Accessing Apprentice & Pro Certifications

Now that you're already in the app, you're just a few taps away from everything you need to take your career to the next level! Here's how to get started on your Apprentice and Pro certifications:

• Navigate to Learning: Tap on the Learning tab on the left side navigation bar of your screen, then select "Explore" to view all available certifications, Sales Training Courses. This is your gateway to all educational content within the platform.
• Apprentice Certification: Start with the Apprentice program, which covers essential skills and industry ethics for door-to-door success. From the Explore page, select "Apprentice Certification" and begin working through the modules at your own pace. Complete the video lessons, interactive exercises, and quizzes. Once you finish, you'll be prompted to schedule your live pass-off directly in the app—after passing, you'll receive your official certification.
• Pro Certification: After completing Apprentice, return to the Learning tab and select "Explore" again to find the Pro certification track. This advanced program offers tactical sales training that will take your skills to the next level. Complete all required modules and assessments, then register for an upcoming in-person sales bootcamp (you can find these in the Events section of the app). After attending and demonstrating your skills at the bootcamp, you'll earn your Pro certification.
• Track Your Progress: Within the Learning tab, you can always check your course progress, completed certifications, and what's next on your learning path.
